This website is devoted to the life and work of Arthur Jackson Hepworth (1911-2003) who had two careers, as an abtract painter and as an architect. He was born in Yorkshire in 1911 and was known to his friends and family as Jack Hepworth but before the second world war and again after his retirement he painted under the name of Arthur Jackson. He died in Somerset in 2003 aged 91.
